NEOLITHIC REVOLUTION

NEOLITHIC REVOLUTION

The Neolithic Revolution was the first agricultural revolution in prehistory. It began around 10,200 B.C, and ended between 4500 and 2000 B.C. The first signs of the Neolithic Revolution were in North Africa, where they farmed narrow range of plants. Agricultural (Agrícola in Spanish) meaning that this was the era in which there was a gradual change from nomadic hunting and gathering communities to bands of agriculture and settlement. They used animals in many diferent ways: They used them to hunt, and to kill prey. They used them for meat. They used cows and sheep for milk, and cheese. They also used plants in many diferent ways. From healing wounds, to eating herbs.

SOME EVOLVEMENTS:

  • More homes, more communities.
  • Domesticating animals, using cows, and sheep for meet, and milk.
  • Growing more crops and having a place to store them.
  • Everyone has a diferent job, frrom Hunting, to Pottery.
  • They would use animals in the hunting trips. \
Some of the cons were that there were many diseases that originated from animals, that then came to humans. And when humans evolved we began creating climate change right away, ending the Ice Age.
